very bad law firm a lot of what goes on there should be investigated due to fact I no it is not ethical and they do this to the right person there will be criminal charges . I personally am trying to go after them. they count on most people not knowing how to deal with what they are doing. they are nothing but carpet baggers .

This attorney has totally ruined my case he has missed 15 out of 15 appointments with me,he has cancelled court dates because he was not prepared, he has had my Tate cancelled because my return to work councilor could not get in touch with his office.All this and no other lawyer will take my case because they would have to split the fee with him. STAY AWAY FROM HIM !!!

i gave a rating of 4 in the knowledge area cause i assume they know what they are doing; after all, they have represented a lot of my co-workers. my problem is communication. i recently went to my hearing and received some paperwork a week later. i've called to speak to my paralegal several times. i've left messages explaining that i needed clarification on the paperwork that i just received. none of my calls have been answered. this is not the first time. However, this is my very first time suing workers comp that's why it would have been nice if someone had communicated to me about arriving early to consult with my attorney. from day one, communication has been an issue. a few months ago I was assigned a new paralegal. at first she was ok, but now, I can't get her to return my calls which leaves me to wonder what type of representation I'm getting.Because of that, I rated them 2 on tenacity, work quality, and value

LOST A WIN WIN CASE.. WAITED SEVERAL YRS TO LOSE. MY INPUT WAS IGNORED by the lawyer representing me..in a JURY trail THAT I never agreed with. DO YOURSELF a favor and LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!
