I have known Ann for many years. She is an extremely qualified attorney, who is very skilled and knowledgeable. Ann fights for her clients, but is also very realistic with them about what is and is not a realistic outcome in their case. Ann is a compassionate attorney who always does her very best for every client she represents.

I have known Ann for over 20 years and have found her to be one of the most talented and effective adversaries I have ever faced in court. We have gone to trial or motion hearings, as opposing counsel, on several occasions. Ann was always thoroughly prepared concerning the law and the facts. She was/is quick on her feet, which is essential for a trial attorney. Her cross examinations were very effective and commanded the jury's attention. Ann is a very effective trial attorney and she accomplishes this while still maintaining her credibility and her ability to get along with other lawyers. Attorneys have to be able to negotiate with one another and this is a much easier task with someone such as Ann, who is able to be reasonable with negotiations but confident and aggressive in court. I highly recommend Ann Sussman if you are looking for an outstanding lawyer to handle your case.

Ann Sussman and I were business partners in a law practice in the 1990's so I had daily interactions with Ann over a number of years. She is incredibly dedicated to her clients and works harder than anyone I've ever met in order to help them. Ann is a tremendously knowledgeable, highly professional, and extremely reliable advocate for her clients. Although it has been more than a decade since we have worked together and I know 100's of lawyers, Ann is the first person I would call if I found myself in trouble with the law.

Would not recommend her for any case involving young people, as her skills were marginal at best. She is cold and judgemental, and does not follow directions well. She set us up for embarrassment in court by not warning us we would be called upon to make a statement so we could be prepared. She charged us her usual $200/hour for writing long rambling emails to us about the cars her father drove, but never did answer many of our questions. She was not well liked or especially effective at the courthouse. You can do better.
