Mr. Gegen represented me two times in the last few years. The last time, a DWI case, was able to steer the witness (a cop), into territory allowing Nick to strike. An immediate mis-trial was granted and I walked out of the court house 2" taller and smiling ear-to-ear. Nick slam dunked my case. WOW!

Mr. Nicholas Gegen was a very easy to get ahold of attorney and was extremely easy to talk with. He reassured me that he would take care of everything from start to finish in my DWI case. I was humiliated and atty Gegen made me feel so secure that all would truly be okay. I had no idea what to expect and he told me the entire process and was there thru each and every phase of it with me. I would highly recommend this man to anyone who wants an attorney who really does care, is reasonable and does take care of you from start to finish. Even after the trial, Mr. Gegen called me to see how I was doing, unbelievable, but true. Awesome guy!

I used Nick Gegen as an Attorney in a case where I was really afraid of jail. I was looking at some jail time for sure. He kept arguing with the prosecutor every time we went to court. I even wanted to give up but he told me we could do better. We did. No jail! He is not only a great Attorney he is a nice guy and doesn't charge you a million..

Nick is a great Lawyer. No matter what charges you are facing, Nick knows what to do. I faced serious sexual assault charges. Two feloney counts. I was wrongly accused and Nick proved it. He did such a great job that he got one charge dropped right before jury diliberation. I was aquitted of the other charge. If you need a lawyer and feel you are in a helpless position, GET NICK AMMEDIATLY!!!! You will be very happy that you did.
