It was a big mistake to hire him to handle my PI case. He does not have the knowledge, the mind, & the mental & legal strength, etc. to act in the best interest of his clients. Although he portrayed himself as a "nice guy," but "being nice guy" is "much less important" than being a "tough and creative guy" when it comes to handle legal matters, especially if his clients got injured unnecessarily and in severe losses because of the opposing side's liability. Peter Upton also mishandled certain civil code procedures in relation to the documents that he filed for me. At the end, he did not & had not fulfilled his duty as my attorney because he did not stand by me, not stand by the essence of my injuries and the adverse consequences in my life after my injuries begun nor he fully comprehend & acknowledge the severity, intensity, & magnitude of my physical & daily sufferings. So, he "did not offer me" peace, justice, & respect let alone get compensation for me, not even a penny!
