I have been a client of Kim since 2008. She is a wonderful lawyer and gives very useful advice. I am not a family law expert guy. She explained me each and every law in plain simple words and at every stage of our case progress, she made sure my rights as father and my sons rights as son are well protected. Kim is an incredible lawyer and human being. I have had the pleasure of being represented by her and have felt completely taken care of from day one. She has a conscience and takes extreme care to remain fair to everyone involved. She has gone above and beyond in my case. I hired her to replace another lawyer who began over charging me for less and less work. I have an extremely difficult ex who has been dragging my case on unnecessarily and she has been handling it with utmost care and attention and has been a source of comfort through this difficult time. She has been a real advocate for me and understands the difficult situation I am in. She won me a portion of my exes stock options, which I would not have received had I not hired her. My other lawyer had not even mentioned this. Thankfully my ex dragged it on, had he not, I would not have fought for this. She has made my life better for having her as my lawyer. Knowledge - I received a detailed answer for every question I had, and I had plenty. Communication - Aside from one minor misunderstanding, regarding my expectations for the terms of a settlement, I always felt it was very easy to talk with Ms. Staron and get honest, timely feedback. Tenacity - I got the impression that Ms. Staron was more of a realist and a pragmatist; always looking for an amicable solution if possible. Don't get me wrong, I don't think she's a pushover, but I appreciate her looking for the middle ground to avoid running up the attorney fees. Work Quality - Efficient, quality work, I didn't feel like I had to double check every document as I've needed to in the past with other lawyers. Value - Considering the quality of the work and the knowledge and experience Ms. Staron brings to the table, the value is quite good. Overall - Strongly recommend, will definitely return in the future should the need arise.

I used Kim from a reference from a friend. She is far above and beyond everything i expected. She made this horrible ordeal simple and let me know my rights. I retained Kim to help me with child support issues that came up after my divorce (handled by a different attorney) was final. I appreciated Kim's attention to detail and knowledge. She found issues in my original divorce filing that she helped me correct (some couldn't be fixed, unfortunately) and she handled my child support case in a timely, professional manner.

I hired Kim to represent me just couple of days before my court day because I had a difficult case and didn't know what else to do. Kim was very knowledgeable towards all my concerns and answered them professionally. I was very happy and pleased with the final result because Kim didn't just helped me to get what I was asking for, but more. Overall Kim did an outstanding job with my divorce. She always had my best interest at heart and for the most part shw FULLY explained everything. My only recommendation would be in the future make sure your client knows what alamony payment numbers to expect and payment lenth timeline before the hearing. I was very happy with the final outcome and settlement after the shock wore off. I have and will continue to recommend her to friends needing help with Divorce.

I am so thankful to have Kim as my lawyer. She came highly recommended to me from two other people at the Fortune 500 company that I work for. Prior to Kim, I had horrible representation from two other lawyers here in San Diego. I hired Kim and boy was there a noticeable difference immediately. She very quickly unraveled a string of shoddy work from prior counsel and was able to negotiate several agreements outside of court with an extremely contentious opposing counselor. Kim has represented me in court four times now. Each time, the outcome has been highly favorable. I believe that the reason that each outcome has been favorable is because Kim is incredibly knowledgeable regarding the law. Kim keeps up on changes to the law and when they take effect in order to utilize them if necessary. She is extremely efficient and does not make any false promises. She is the first lawyer that I have had that tries to get in and get out and get done without creating additional efforts and delays.

Divorce is the most diffcult time for many including me. My divorce went all the way to a mandatory settlement conference. During each step, Kim told me the goals and direction. She was professional in court and impressed the judge. My outcome was better than I had hoped due to Kim's research and dilligence. I have since contacted Kim due to some some misinterpretations on my part. Kim helped me understand the legal documents and what steps to take in the future for modification when or if I needed it. Kim responded quickly to my e-mail and always helped. If you need and attorney for your divorce, I would recommend Kim. I tried to divorce without an attorney to avoid the cost. It turned into a fight. I needed representation and found Kim. Kim is high quality divorce attorney at a reasonable price.
