Hadfield is not fair and does not apply law, justice, and equality. She makes up her own law that is not constitional. I applied rules of law, statues and case law regarding my case but she said clearly she was not going to apply to my case and provide the other party that committed fraud and forery to keep my money and assets since he had a lawyer. I also had the other party as my witness- she made her ruling without allowing me to ask him direct questions. I found out after trial that others that were pro se also had the same issues with Hadfield. I dont even think she deserves a One rating. Good luck if you have to deal with her. She does not know what fair is.
