For speed readers, Simply the Best Lawyer in Oklahoma. Hire him and save hundreds of thousands. I did my research. James Pasquali was well known as the best. As a former Senior Commander in the Air Force, I've managed Lawyer Staff and have been exposed to many others, through members, getting a divorce. I've never seen anyone close to James, including his staff, in terms of accessibility day or night, complete knowledge of the law and case precedence. What was most important was the way he and his entire staff focused on me, as a client. I can't thank them enough. They made this divorce easily bearable and exceeded my hopes. I can honestly say nothing could have been handle any better.

Mr. Pasquali is amazing!! He is direct and blunt, but that’s just what I needed being that I have been afraid of my ex for years! He fought for me and my daughter! He fought for what I wanted! He didn’t give in to the opposing side even when I was ready to! He is a straight shooter! He answered every text/call even when he was out of town! He calmed me when I would start to panic! I would recommend him to any and everyone!! James Pasquali is a bulldog in my experience and my opinion!! Thank you James! I met James Pasquali when I received my first DUI, he was confident that I would get my case dismissed and then I received my 2nd DUI within the next couple of months. At the time I was going through a difficult time in my life and made some bad choices and ended up getting charged with child endangerment felony. Thankfully noone was hurt, but I knew it was going to be a tough fight for my future and freedom. James was there every step of the way with both my cases and never once left me. He never judged me for my mistakes and I truly appreciate what he and Ruby did for me and my family. Not only is he a great attorney he's a person I can really trust. In the end, he won both of my DPS hearings, never once lost my license, my children were never taken away from me, had one DUI dismissed, and although we were going against 5 years incarceration, I never once had to do jail time and my sentence was lowered to a deferred. James is a good lawyer to have on your side. He help me thru a 2 year cause and researched everything about my case. I am a CDL holder that was being charged with a DUI with previous criminal charges with 2 deferreds that they were revoking. He got my revocations dismissed and dropped from a DUI to a DWI and put on a 5 year deferred on my criminal side and on my DPS case we lost the first case but we appealed it to get an in person hearing with an actual court judge and he destroyed the DPS lawyer and the trooper that arrested me that night and my DPS awe was dismissed.
