For speed readers, Simply the Best Lawyer in Oklahoma. Hire him and save hundreds of thousands. I did my research. James Pasquali was well known as the best. As a former Senior Commander in the Air Force, I've managed Lawyer Staff and have been exposed to many others, through members, getting a divorce. I've never seen anyone close to James, including his staff, in terms of accessibility day or night, complete knowledge of the law and case precedence. What was most important was the way he and his entire staff focused on me, as a client. I can't thank them enough. They made this divorce easily bearable and exceeded my hopes. Mr. Pasquali is amazing!! He is direct and blunt, but that’s just what I needed being that I have been afraid of my ex for years! He fought for me and my daughter! He fought for what I wanted! He didn’t give in to the opposing side even when I was ready to! He is a straight shooter! He answered every text/call even when he was out of town! He calmed me when I would start to panic! This is one of the most genuine, kind hearted men I have ever met. My family & I found ourselves in an impossible situation. He was straight forward; he did not sugar coat anything that needed to be said or addressed. His brilliant staff kept me informed & were there for me when I needed them. retained for my son, who was charged with a felony. he got it dismissed and helped us resolve an uncompleted misdemeanor charge. my son received competent help when we really needed it.He was flexible with his fee and financed same without interest. he helped us get a bond when others had turned us down.he will be our friend from now on...thank you sir for a great job.

James got me absolutely no jail time and got my two felonies deferred for five years and he was able to get a third felony dropped to a misdemeanor. My charges were not drug related,although I will be under supervision by the DA for two years, will pay restitution, and attend 13 classes on making better choices. I was looking at 12 years in jail. I HAVE MY FREEDOM THANKS TO JAMES PASQUALI. HE GETS THE JOB DONE AND HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING. HE IS NOT ONLY MY ATTORNEY, BUT ALSO MY FRIEND.

I met James Pasquali when I received my first DUI, he was confident that I would get my case dismissed and then I received my 2nd DUI within the next couple of months. At the time I was going through a difficult time in my life and made some bad choices and ended up getting charged with child endangerment felony. Thankfully noone was hurt, but I knew it was going to be a tough fight for my future and freedom. James was there every step of the way with both my cases and never once left me. He never judged me for my mistakes and I truly appreciate what he and Ruby did for me and my family. Not only is he a great attorney he's a person I can really trust. In the end, he won both of my DPS hearings, never once lost my license, my children were never taken away from me, had one DUI dismissed, and although we were going against 5 years incarceration, I never once had to do jail time and my sentence was lowered to a deferred. I would highly recommend James to anyone. My son received a DUI charge while living in Oklahoma City. I was comfortable with James upon our first consultation. Needless to say this was a very troubling time, yet James was able to put everything in perspective for us. He has a calming affect, which is needed during a time like this.
He displays an extremely high level of knowledge while laying all steps out for us, putting these in easy to understand language when describing the process.

James is a good lawyer to have on your side. He help me thru a 2 year cause and researched everything about my case. I am a CDL holder that was being charged with a DUI with previous criminal charges with 2 deferreds that they were revoking. He got my revocations dismissed and dropped from a DUI to a DWI and put on a 5 year deferred on my criminal side and on my DPS case we lost the first case but we appealed it to get an in person hearing with an actual court judge and he destroyed the DPS lawyer and the trooper that arrested me that night and my DPS awe was dismissed.

Mr. Pasquali is a true blessing he reunited my family an turned my leagal problems into real soulutions. After my children being in custody for well over 2yrs for domestic violance from an ex abusive boy friend I got a DUI the state was already going for termination of my parental rights. I felt like I had already lost my children it was as if nothing I did was good enough. But I to was in great denial. Needless to say Mr. Pasquali turned my DUI into a speeding ticket 1-10 an the state took me to trial to terminate my rights as a mother. An Mr. Pasquali fought with me all the way he put up a great argument an for 5days straight. Now my cases is closed an my daughters are home with me after 4yrs it was a long fight. I wish I would of had him to begin with instead of a court appointed lawyer who did nothing. Thank you Mr. Pasquali your a true blessing!
