He sold me a House he bought at the IN Tax Sale that has a Demolition order attached to it. So I can't fix it or do repairs and house will be demolished in next couple of months. In my contract to purchase it clearly states that the title is to be free and clear of any and ALL Fines, leins, levys, and Encumbrances. I can't pull permits; can't even get electricity or gas truned on because of Demo order. Tried to work with code enforcement to no avail. At which point I asked for my money back which not surprising that he refused. Thus I've had to hire an attorney to sue him for misrepresenting the property and modifying the purchase agreement along with Fraud. This is the kind of guy that give lawyers a bad name.I would Highly recommend finding an Attorney that has Integrity, as illustrated he certainly has none. I made the mistake of ever dealing with this man; Don't you make the same mistake.
