Mr. Kallas talks a good talk, until you retain him. He then assists you as little as possible, but the hours he bills you for are exorbitant. Either he is very slow at researching and writing, or he grossly padded the hours he billed my husband I and for. The WORST thing about Mr. Kallas was that when we went to court to ask for a summary judgement, he became a nervous teenager in front of the judge while presenting our case. The papers in his hands were literally shaking during his oratory, and his voice was shaky. It was like watching a nervous, unprepared teenager in highschool give a speech. We ended up in mediation. Mr. Kallas agreed to our opponent's choice of mediators, WITHOUT asking my husband or me if we agreed with the decision to fly a mediator from Chicago in to handle our case in MN. AND AFTER my husband and I had PHYSICALLY LEFT the location of negotiation,to go home and think things over. Mr. Kallas continued to negotiate "supposedly on our behalf" WITHOUT OUR
