Another lawyer recommended this guy with the caveat that he is only good for a boilerplate divorce with few complications. How correct that advice was. My divorce was filed by my wife and should have been a simple one, except on Steve's watch, it became complicated because of my wife's aggressive lawyer. He took a retainer, sat on it, and could not give me an accounting of it for 6 months. When I started asking questions about why things were not being done, he let me know I was a “high maintenance” client and that this was a case he did not want (with that, I should have fired him, but did not). He refused to do what I requested, for no good legal or practical reason. He just does the bare minimum. He has trouble communicating with clients, and when he gets mad, he goes personal. In a deposition we did, his preparation was less than thorough. If you want aggressive, pro-active representation and are up against one of Wichita Falls' “tier 1” divorce attorneys, hire someone else!

Mr. Bjordammen was very quick to respond to my questions and phone calls. He was professional and always willing to take time to help me with the process. I would highly recommend him.

Mr. Bjordammen (Steve) is the most honest, hard working Attorney that we know. When we needed an attorney I didn't know where to turn. I asked for recommendations and was advised to see Mr. Bjordammen. From the beginning he made us feel comfortable since we were in a position we had never been in before. We were sued in civil court. His representation was truly outstanding. We got a 100 percent jury verdict in our favor. If we ever have a family member or friend that is in need of a lawyer without hesitation we will recommend Steve. He is not only our attorney but now a trusted friend. Spending 30 years in the military I was lost in the civilian court system. Thankfully we found Steve. Without his guidance, patience and understanding we would have remained lost. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Bjordammen (Steve). I have found his honesty, character, dedication and work ethic to be truly outstanding.
