Please be aware of Phil Embry. I have had the displeasure of working with him for a couple of months. He is very impersonal and very uninformative and when questioned about his lack of professionalism he then has an attitude. He will bill you and once you have paid you will not hear from him again. Of course you will ask him to complete the work and research on his end and he will ask for more money and say that what you paid for does not include what you are now asking him to do. He has a secretary that lies for him and says he is out of the office when she can look directly in his office and see him sitting there. I know this because I called his office several times over several weeks and she would say that he is not in. So I went by the office walked in asking for an attorney that I knew did not practice there and saw him walking around the office. I then went outside and had a friend with me call to speak to Phil and guess what! She said he was not in the office. TERRIBLE!
