I have not had much experience with lawyers. However, he has been my daughters lawyer on a work related case for several years now. He often does not return her calls. This should have been settled a couple of years ago! All the while, his fees continue to rise. I would not recommend him. The very sad thing about this is that my daughters case should have been open and shut. She was doing her job exactly as she was supposed to be doing. She was where she was supposed to be, and had a great work record. She spent much time in the hospital on a ventilator as her chest had been crushed. Even after coming home, she required much care for the injuries she had. And all the while, she a had a little girl of her own that missed over a year with her mommy. She was only 2 years old at the time. Although she was with us, her mother was unable to hold her, sit up with her etc. Please reconsider before using this lawyer. My daughter is now working 2 jobs to care for her and her little girl.
