Seems like a good attorney in the beginning. But makes it sound like you have no chance unless you use him as your attorney. As if he and only he can influence a judge. Also makes snap judgment calls about things he knows nothing about. His judgment calls are based on what he is told from someone else. So he can be swayed at a moments notice. If he is misinformed and thinks he's going in the right direction, he will be persistent about it until totally proven otherwise. But if your case is won, you will lose anyway, just by his invoice.
