Mr. Harke is an skilled attorney and a excellent communicator. He listened and took the time to understood the conditions of my situation. After evaluating the merits of the case he advised me in an honest and thoughtful manner making sure to explain the pros and cons of taking action. He even introduced alternatives to legal action when it was in my best interest. I have turned to his good counsel on multiple occasions. Lance Harke and his partners are equally as comfortable in the courtroom as they are in the conference room.
