He didn't work the case as promised. He represented that he did and/or would do certain work that he didnt do as promised. He made excuse after excuse for not fulfiling promises. I was led to believe he had a decent sized law library and an electronic one e.g. Westlaw or Lexus-nexus. He didnt have either. He claimed to have learned the facts, but did not do as promised with them. His presentation, albeit limited, was not as promised. In his younger years he was far more capable. His past ability factored into hiring him. His failure to advocate as promised factored into my decision to settle the disputes. He didn't participate (or initiate) settlement talks as promised. Ultimately, he did not conclude a major settlement. He wasted a lot of time and I did not benefit from his "representation" as he promised.
