He never communicated with me before court. He argued for to DA and not for me. He would tell me that I broke the law, what do I expect. Sure I broke the law but what I did was not felonious, vicious, violent or hateful. I was suicidal and only wanted to be alone. I was not myself and when the cops located me, I ran. I was tried and convicted of felony evasion. No one was hurt, the chase lasted 3 minutes and I stopped on my own. I was taken to a mental hospital where I stayed for 17 days. I ended up serving 9 months in jail and was convicted as a felon. I am out and still receiving treatment for depression. I can't work and my life is now ruined. But like he said, I broke the law. He was so bad I was sentenced to a county year 19 days before the law changed to where you serve half the time, I was to serve 2/3 the time that would be 8 months. I had to do 9 because 1 month of time served was set aside for next time. What next time? Who agrees to a deal that includes next time? Bad Lawyer
