Tom let a restraining order expire, after repeated reminders. Tom let the 401K assets be drained completely during divorce proceedings, and the judge's orders were regularly ignored with no consequences. Tom failed to complete a power of attorney after requesting this for more than six (6) months. This was a horrible experience for our entire family.
