an extremely biased mediator. picks a favorite parent and once that done, all evidence or testimony to the contrary is ignored. also does not document mediation properly. only takes notes, no recording, so her biased summary is skewed and opinionated, and you cant prove that she twists your words, unless you record it or can get a signed affidavit from a witness, if any. was also very careful in court as a witness to not accidentally contradict her summary. her recommendation did absolutely nothing to acknowledge the well being of the child, rather coddled and nurtured the feelings of her favored parent. avoid this lawyer for mediation at all costs.

She did not do anything to help me keep my child. It was a waste of 2,500 dollars on Cindy. She kept sending me bills even though I had no pending payments, to send me the bill saying I owe nothing cost 20$ a bill. Does that make sense?DO NOT RETAIN.

Horrible attorney. Has her assistant does all of the communication, no action, no follow-up, no commitment to drive for results. Favorite line is do you want me to take a bat to their knees. No, we want you to do something if the other party is not supplying information. Embarrasing situation to be in.

do not retain. she will charge you and not do anything. hardly ever returns your calls. doesn't support your interests. argues with you about want you want.
