This guy is the reason lawyers have a bad name. All the post here are true. THE BAR ASSOCIATION NEEDS TO INFORMED OF HIS PRACTICE. The only law he knows is how to line his pockets. There is no concern to represent you. While he boasts about himself your paying for it and likes to double bill. RUN to someone else. Will save you a lot of money and grief. This Lawyer is horrible. Don't waste your money or your time because he will do absolutely nothinhg for you but make you think he is the greatest. Unfortuantely by the time you realize he is a no good thief you are already in the hole a few thousand. Save your money ...Find a real lawyer who is out there to help those in need. This guy preys on people with not much to lose.

THIS LAWYER WAS THE WORST THING THAT EVER HAPPENED TO ME!! He promised me the world in my divorce case and rolled over and played dead in court. He's very expensive and will nickle & dime you to death. He was never prepared for court & asked for a continuance and was denied so you get slaughtered. He does not have a professional appearance in court either. I changed attorney's to try to save my butt and thank God I did. I also filed a complaint against him. His office is a mess! I don't know how he can find anything with files and papers stacked on his office floor and desk. He will bore you to death with his native american language jibberish for as long as you will sit instead of spending time discussing your case. He will insult you if complain about his handling of your case. He is not available a lot because he or his spouse is sick or on vacation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY AND WARN OTHERS!

I agree with the above poster. I wish I had done my homework before I hired this attorney..He double charges and the fees are outrageous..The outcome of your case rests on whether he wants to deal with it or not (and this is AFTER you have given him your retainer and paying on a regular basis) - at some point your case is pushed back because his work load is too heavy... He takes on more clients then he can handle, this will also become your problem...he will also yell, argue and scream AT you when you are trying to discuss your case with him...My advice is to keep searching for a Lawyer that will make time as well as respect you and your case. Professional, courteous, fair and will take your case with the seriousness it deserves as well as RESOLVING it in a timely manner instead of dragging it out for additional fees. Beware of this one!

Eliot can be a friend or a foe for you in a case. He has great knowledge and Boasts about it, his peers claim. So he compliments himself more then anyone else. His does good work, and then stabs himself in the foot right after that by doing something wrong in your case. He double dips his clients, a No-NO in the legal world. He claims of "too busy" will cost you too much money. He may not make the deadlines in orders, and constantly violates attorney ethical conduct.
