Ladies beware! If you hire this fine, upstanding old lawyer.... well do not dare to tell him about your own legal case. He will go on a tirade for 13 straight minutes cursing at you because he does not want you to tell him "how to do his job". He has obviously not discovered that people can record phone calls on their iphone... (but he will tell you that YOU are ignorant). Now... where can I post a recording of this sweet little man online...????

James Baiamonte did not get the facts before he bashed the defendant and defaced her in front of judge. All lies came from plaintiff and several years later found out his client was insane. James dropped his client but damage done to defendant and child involved was irreversible. James Baiamonte hates women and does not protect children. He is a Father's Rights attorney and is not ethical.

tough when you need him to be and i found him to be very smart. he always has a good sense of humor which was needed at times. seems to have the respect of many in the courtroom.
