We have real property holdings in several areas of Florida. When our attorney died, we needed a new lawyer. We wanted someone
*with more than 20 years experience (no new lawyers without practical world experience) with a proven track record;
*in a firm with less than ten lawyers, to guarantee personal service;
*with real property experience with residential and commercial properties.
We asked around, to our broker, insurance agent and CPA; the same name kept coming up for our new purchases in Central Florida - - CYNTHIA RIGNANESE of Winter Haven.
Now, having now worked with her on several property purchases, we got exactly what we were looking for and more. She is a consummate professional with 25 years experience. Ms. Rignanese delivered a speech called “Women and Wealth” to FAB (Females Advancing Business Womens Networking Group). The group has more than 40 women. Attendees enjoyed her professional style, informative and timely presentation; yet they also found it entertaining. Ms. Rignanese is a dynamic speaker with experience speaking near four continents. Her speaking resume lists more than 85 topics she is willing to speak on. Clearly, her more than 20 years practicing law have made her an expert in her fields of probate, wills, trusts, estate and financial planning.

This attorney churned work and overbilled. Some of what she turned over to me was inaccurate. I finally switched to another attorney because of the way she was churning unneccessary work and her rudeness. It was a great decision to leave her even though she churned more work before letting me go. The new attorney was honest and polite and did more work for less money. They are not all sharks but this one is. She hooks clients in with her seminars but you are a cash cow to her once she has you. I did not even bother to tell her about some of the innacurate paperwork she sent me because the minute I would start speaking to her her time clock would be running and her billling rate is very high. I wish someone had warned me away from her and hope you can avoid the unpleasant experience I had.
