Mr. Furlong is the attorney you want if you have to go to court. He has an excellent court room presence and a thorough knowledge of the law. I filed a petition to have a couple of noll prossed charges sealed from public record. One was even a felony so a very serious issue. When the petition was initially denied using a different attorney, Mr. Furlong filed for a re-hearing and won the case against strong objection from the prosecution. A huge win for me to have these old charges expunged, and I was very glad to have Mr. Furlong representing me.

He was great and took the time to explain the law and court actions to me and my family. Talked to us on the weekend and we never had to go to the office. Absolutely super lawyer. My family and I were most pleased. Hope I never need a lawyer again but he was very kind and professional.

Mr. Furlong is a knowledgeable, aggressive, and competent attorney. He work diligently on my DUI case that allowed my to avoid jail, protect my security clearance, and keep my license. I would recommend Mr. Furlong to anyone who needs an attorney to REALLY fight for them.

Mr. Furlong was very professional and explained everything to me in detail, on the phone, at night, even before I hired him. I could not talk on my job so this was very important. He was able to be reached at night and on weekends which I needed. I met some lawyers who mailed me things and was disappointed because they tried to scare me. Mr. Furlong calmed me down and explained what to expect at each step. Seeing him in court was like seeing a friend on my side. Definitely use him again if I needed a criminal defense lawyer. Thank you.

Very aggressive in court! I have a security clearance and hired attorney Furlong for my appeal after my first lawyer lost my DUI case. On appeal, Furlong used his former police training to attack the field tests the officer gave me as not being done properly. He even had the officer demonstrate the tests in court--hilarious! He argued the police did not do the tests right and the results were bogus. He also attacked the way the police did my breath tests and had the result thrown out. Furlong argued that bad testing in the street and bad testing at the station resulted in a bad arrest and the judge found me not guilty. Furlong explained everything and was an aggressive fighter in court. He's pricey but knows a lot about police procedures since he used to be a police officer. I highly recommend him if you have a security clearance or need an aggressive lawyer. He's not cheap but he really knows his stuff.
