This guys is about as good as any other lawyer, but triple the price. He looks at most clients as a billing opportunity and will trash you around town if you don't pay his ridiculous bills which are so obviously inflated. I was a former client, but had to find new council when Carney and Basil kept sending me bills (which Jay knew nothing about)for ridiculuous things. On top of it all, he is a strange man and in my opinion, cannot be trusted.
