EXCELLENT LAWYER!!! Earlier this year, I needed help with some criminal charges I got. I had a lot of charges and I needed a bunch of help. I was worried about my job and my family If I got convicted. I prayed about it and started calling lawyers. I talked to Mr. Woods and he instantly made me feel better. After 5 months and 3 court dates, he ended up getting ALL CHARGES DROPPED and I was able to keep my job. He was good about callbacks too. I called him on Sunday afternoon one day that I was worried too much and he talked to me for an hour until I felt better about it. He even prayed with me on the phone and said it was all gonna work out fine. He has a lot of integrity and character and I respect him for the way he took care of me and my issues. I WOULD RECOMMEND MR. WOODS ANYDAY!! He really follows up well and takes the time to explain this law stuff. He is worth every penny! If you need a lawyer, call Mr. Woods. I had an excellent experience with him and his firm.

Several months ago, I made a bad choice, this is not the first time I made a bad choice, but this choice I made landed me in jail. It was late, and I had a few drinks, maybe one to many. On the way home, I ran off the side of the road, lost control and hit a telephone pole. I realized I was in some serious trouble.
I blew a 1.6, double over the limit, I had no priors, and have been a model citizen in a sense, good job, family etc. At 42, I admit I was scared, worried and stressed. But Mr. Woods lived up to his word.
He took care of everything. I never appeared in court, and do not have a DUI on my record.
I made a bad choice that night, however, the next day I made a good choice: Fred Woods, actually he is a great choice. He saved me alot of worry, stress and loss with his expertise. Get an Expert, Get Fred Woods, he knows the D.U.I. laws.
Thank you Fred Woods Jr. for all you did to get my life back on track after being derailed by a DUI.

I was very impressed with the way that Mr. Woods handled my case. He was knowledgeable about the law and explained everything to me really well. His office called me about my court dates and Mr. Woods answered all of my questions when I needed to know about my case. We went to court and I could see that he was working hard for me and he even got my case dismissed. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a lawyer. He was prepared, he cared and it showed. I hope I won't need a lawyer again but if I do, I am definitely calling Mr. Woods.

SAVED MY FREEDOM! I had some serious charges and I was really worried about my case. Mr. Woods took my case and really treated me well. I called him after hours, on weekends and anytime I was worried and stressed. He ALWAYS called me back or took my call and made me feel better. When we finally went to court and I thought I was gonna go to jail. I have a wife and a 2 year old and I feared that I would lose them or worse leave them fending for themselves without me. Before court, Mr. Woods once again reassured me that everything was gonna be okay. He was awesome in court and got my charges dismissed. The day after court was the first night that I got some rest because I knew that could home with my family. I can now pick up my child and play with her and be HOME. Mr. Woods saved my marriage, my family and my freedom by going to bat for me when I had nobody else. I appreciate him for that. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a lawyer. To me, he is the best lawyer in town!

This man's word is wothless. He suggested to me that I obtain a quick deed from another lawyer because he did not have time to do one himself. He stated he would get the other person involved to sign it. I delivered it into his hands, met with him and his client and he stated he would have it in the mail by tomorrow. Well we all know that tomorrow never comes and neither did my quick deed. Repeated calls were ignored. That was over two years ago and still no signed quick deed. The man's word is worthless.

I came to see Mr. Woods about a DUI case. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. We went to trial and after 5 hours, he won my case for me. This was my first and only DUI and I am glad to have no record. I would highly recommend him if you want to win.

I am active duty Army and hired Fred for my divorce and custody case. All I asked him to do was finalize my divorce, make my child support a little more reasonable, and get fair visitation. My divorce took almost three years and it is solely his fault, he never filed anything on my behalf and my case fell off the docket! So my ex wife was able to file as the Plaintiff thanks to him. He is never in his office, his cell phone is always full so you can't leave him a message. I paid $1000 a month to see my child twice in 12 months. He held a mediation without even notifying me and was actually commenting to my ex wife and her attorney about how he just wanted to settle so he didn't have to deal with me! In the end I have no custody, no scheduled visitation, and continue to provide support and insurance and it's been a year since I've seen my child. My case is still open to this day and I'm still waiting on Fred to finish it.
