Tells you that she's handling something in your case only to have you find out later she's completely dropped the ball. Never remembers the specifics of your case, hard to get a hold of, and never keeps you informed about what she's doing for your case or gives accounting of the costs coming out of her retainer. Pressures you to settle in a way that seems she is just trying to get you off her caseload. Very poor quality lawyer.

You can't get her when you need her. She doesn't keep the facts straight and she will in court with and trying to handle somebody else's case at the same time.
