A mentally unbalanced woman falsely filed a police report accusing me of stalking. I hired this fraud to defend me against these nonsense charges. I paid this so-called attorney very good money to do this. He did barely anything. The insane woman's e-mails caused the judge to set aside the whole situation for a year. However, my point is, that KURT ARRAS had the knowledge in his hands, knew that the charges were worse than crap. he took my hard earned cash, and where was he ? My pastor, at the time, had to brow-beat this fraud to get him to do some work for me. He could have ripped the whole situation up, but, he sat on his dead butt. Finally, he came to court, and showed the judge the insane e-mails she sent me. That was all it took to negate the false charges. As far as I am concerned, Arras is on permanent vacation.

We had used over 6 attorneys trying to get our grandchildren out of an abusive environment over the last 6 years. Having to battle between two states, this attorney knew the law, knew how to accomplish his task and was fair in his cost to me. He was in constant communication with my wife and I and structured his arguments in a way that the case was solid from the word go. Also, it was completed in a timely manner. I knew going into the case that there were no guarantees of winning, but justice prevailed. This was a complicated case that went through four different judges with different outlooks on family law. I cannot say enough good things about him Kurt Arras.

I lost my money and my children.I had no success in my legal battle , the judgement was issued without me even knowing there was a court date! I had not been served any documents , my children were taken from me and I was oblivious and powerless to stop it! Must Hire ANOTHER attorney to get them back.

This attorney is only interested in how much fees he can charge you. Winning your case is not important to him. Run as fast as you can from this crook!

This attorney was the first attorney I used in my divorce case. He did not follow through on a temporary order and DR-5 budget properly. He had more repoire with opposing counsel than representing my best interests. He would not pursue my DR-5 as required by law, and instead said that "finances will stay the same" from opposing counsel was all that I needed. 22 months later I still do not have even a Temporary Order for child support or any kind of TO budget. The opposing counsel has now successfully pursued the "starve out the spouse " tactic, and I am nearly destitute with two little boys. I also have a emergency protective order for domestic abuse, and Kurt Arrass has no understanding of the behavior patterns of a domestic abuser. I have now suffered further emotional abuse due to economic deprivation with no relief in sight since my next court date is not for another four months.
