He handled my OVI case. Because of him, I didn't get my temporary driving privilege for 9 weeks, instesd of the usual 2 weeks. Because of his delays in scheduling. I was eligible for 3 weeks of unrestricted driving. He failed to tell me that and had the gaul to say it was my fault for not asking him. That delayed getting my unrestricted license for another 3 weeks. He came to court for my sentencing late and totally unprepared, asking me what the case was about. Naturally he charged me for that late time that he stopped to get gas and make another stop. He hemmed and hawed in front of the judge instead of defending me. He is totally inept! Now I know why he wanted a retainer up front. He had no reason to earn it. I asked for a partial refund, which he didn't even consider. He said I was just distraught. Yeah, no kidding... Beacuse of him!
