I am so glad I found Vaughn Conway! My auto accident was unpleasant, as they all are, nearly ruining my day, but Mr. Conway professionally expedited matters quickly. I just picked up the phone and called him. From then on I was able to email and call Vaughn and with a couple of conference calls with the other parties insurance company, everything was quickly & fairly settled. What a relief and I couldn't be happier! I know I could not have successfully worked through this experience without Mr. Conway's professional legal help. I'm keeping Vaughn Conway's business card in my glove box and his phone # on my cell. With that, I'm better prepared now if an auto accident tries to ruin my day again. I had an accident that was not my fault. Due to a rookie cop the accident report was written incorrectly and didnt even have the cars traveling the correct way and deemed the accident equal fault. The insurance company even denied my claim. Vaughn was able to get it corrected and I made a large sum of money with no out of pocket expense. The whole thing took approx 8mos but it was only bc of the accident report being incorrect. Vaughn and his staff were nothing short of proffesional and kept me in the loop at all times. Vaughn was available to me for questions and appointments. When he wasnt available he always called back and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would reccomend him to anyone at anytime and have on several occasions.

He can be a bit insensitive towards clients. He stalled me for over a year on my case :(
