He is very poor in responding. Usually it's hard to find him on phone, then his assistant always said he would call me back, but this never happened. Then when I email him, he will not respond with the status. Everytime when he promised me to have a document delivered on a date, it will be at least a week before I would receive it, after I tried to call him and email him many times. He is not a bad person (I think), but he is very unprofessional. Unless you have a lot of time to wait for his response, i would not recommend him.
