This attorney took my money but did not pursue the remedies for my losses. His instructions were to sue several related parties. all of the documents and information given to him were disregarded.The longer I retained him the worse things got. When the defendent's lawyers saw how poorly M. Belmonte was handling the case, they fabricated a suit against me.I had to discharge him. I need an agressive attorney whose willling to embrace this case. Theere is a 5-10 million lawsuit in recovering my losses and the loss of my home for the past five. The harrrasssment from the management's employees orchestrated by the Trust's attorney borders on criminal a/and should be reprimanded for his unethical activities. I am sixty-six years of age. They have destroyed the last five years of my liffe and have brought on a severe case of emotional distress.., which of course has affected my physiccal health and demeanor.I just hope I ccan locatee an agressive attorney who will unravel all the lies to th
