The attorney was the worsy ever. First let me say i only needed her to show up for one court day and she never showed up. After court i ran a few errands and still no word from her. So when i got home i called her and she said she git to court late. When i asked her for my money back she wouldn't give me a refund. DONT TRUST HER.

Wish I would have done some more research on her. My wife needed an attorney to represent her in MI as she was unable to travel from FL.The hearing was for a cause to appear. A phone interview with my wife went well enough that we decided to hire her. Her rates were reasonable and negotiable. She was successful in resolving one of the issues. The 2nd hearing was held over. My wife was required to pay a fine and provide additional information to the court. The fine and the information was provided in the time required. Linda failed to appear at the 2nd hearing and as a result a bench warrant was issued for my wife's arrest. The attorney claims the hearing was not on the judges docket. Apparently the judge and the FOC thought otherwise.Linda's communication skills are pitiful on her best day. The money for the fine was provided in the form of a money order which Linda still has. I have requested the money order be returned as it has not been cashed at yet. We have yet to receive it.

I wish I would have read these reviews before hiring her. She is the most inept, worst lawyer ever. I am reporting her to the law board and filing a grievence against her. Cancells every appointment. First her sister had to go to the emergency room, delayed, could not meet in person had to have conference call, day of court for custody of child, texts that she can't make it, her sister had a heart attack. She is just horrible. DO NOT EVER HIRE HER EVER>

Sorry to hear others aren't so happy, but I had a great experience. I got custody of my kids which is something other lawyers in the past couldn't do for me. I have already recommended her to several people.

DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER. She is unproffessional and has no integrity. She has excuse after excuse and they are the same as the ones in other reviews. She called me 20 minutes before court to tell me she was in the hospital with a drug to drug interaction; being a nurse they do not keep you for that.She also told me after each court date that she promised she either had the flu or that the days were all booked up. I called the clerks office myself and everything she told me was a lie but she kept my money and didnt do a thing. BEWARE I read the reviews and called her anyways ...sorry I did.
