Terrible lawyer. Unable to answer very simple legal questions over the phone. Always answers questions with "Uhhm I think" or "I don't know". Unable to follow his legal contract for his prepaid legal services at Kivel and Howard. I Had to speak with his boss who decided to refer him for "additional training" because he did not understand the system. Also has a bad stuttering problem, very difficult and awkward to talk to and understand on the phone, I would assume this would translate into an inability to talk professionally to a judge or anybody else in person.
I would definitely not choose him as your lawyer, even if paired up with him through a prepaid legal service. You will not get accurate or even useful advice. He specializes in bankruptcy matters, but has no problem trying to give advice on all sorts of unrelated things like real estate or any other matter. He doesn't know what he is talking about or understand the laws. He might understand bankruptcy laws, though I doubt it
