It is my opinion that Aaron Negangard is vindictive and as prosecutor for Dearborn County has devastated many lives. It appears that his political aspirations are to be achieved by victimizing anyone unfortunate enough to have an issue in Dearborn County Courts. I have seen Negangard attempt to add charges on a defendant, charges that were by the courts own records, completely untrue. I believe he does this in an attempt to intimidate and scare defendants into accepting plea deals.
