I wish there was a way I could give 0 stars. This law firm is complete joke in every aspect you could imagine.
I switched to these con artists from Morgan & Morgan after my car accident after a savvy and persuasive sales pitch about what they offer that was different. After being assigned to an attorney they stopped responding to any and all messages after just 2 weeks. After emailing John Foy himself about the horrible service I was getting after 2 months of that nonsense an attorney that works for him finally wrote a brief email saying that they had been newly assigned to my case. Once again - never heard from this person again for multiple months.
Finally after 6 months of this complete wack job and being contacted 2 times total I get a letter in the mail stating they are dropping my case because they don't see the value. No email, no phone, just a letter in the mail. Now I've wasted 6 months of my time on these disgraceful people and have absolutely nothing to show for it.

When my mom was of sound mind and could speak for herself, she signed a contractual agreement in July 2021, that stated John Foys firm would represent her as she pursued a lawsuit that would prove liability against the transportation company that dropped her on her head. The firm had from July 2021 to December 2021 to file a claim and start the litigation process for my mom but instead, we were met with unresponsive paralegal assistants who did not begin to return our calls until December 2021. If she hired the firm to prove premise liability, why was the POA basis for the release of her case? I stand by my statement. The reason behind the release of my moms case was inhumane.
My experience with John Foy and associates was nothing short of a horrific, emotional disaster. My mother was dropped on her head by a medical transportation company in 2020 during covid. The communication was poor. The assistant was rude and antagonizing of which the attorney removed all communication with her. The attorney would not respond to my emails or calls unless I called the office to complain. He omitted some of my bills to ensure that the firm would be paid what they get which is about half. I was sued by the hospital as a result. Another creditor begin to all after the settlement because my attorney would not respond to their inquiries. Finally, I could not get a settlement statement which means that they have something to hide. The attorney and the office manager gives you the run around and provides generic responses to make you go away. Please do not select John Foy and Assocites to represent you. You will be disappointed. Their only concern is how much they will get paid. It ensures that they remain in their lavish offices and pays for their livelihood at your expense. Fell in a man hole after a year of my constantly trying to keep in touch to update my case told everything was good at every call. Then abruptly tells me they are dropping my case after a year filing deadlines have passed. I feel like they made a side deal woth the city amd cut mw out.

What a rip off they are. There is nothing I can say good about them.. only they made alot of money on my case .. I did not make enough to even make it worth my time. The insurance company originally offered me more than I get thru Foy and Assoicates. Very bad move on my part.

This firm DOES NOT return calls/messages. After attempting repeatedly to contact my lawyer to close out my case, I am having to result to filing a complaint with the state bar association.

Don't use john foy and associates will not fight for you more concerned if they get money. Didn't call much at all to ask nothing. GET SOMEONE ELSE TO HANDLE YOUR CASE, YOU COME OUT BETTER.

I signed up with this firm in march, went to medical treatment, and called and did everything I was suppose to do. There was even a camera at the place I got hurt at. I was suppose to go to physical therapy and couldnt get funding and been calling to finally get a call today saying that my case has been resigned I am pissed. I have a real case with real injuries. Its not my fault it wasn't moved on quickly by the lawyer. John foys office is a joke. They made me feel like they were going to handle everything now months later nothing is done and I'm left with bills. How could this in itself be legal??? Now I have to find some answers! Had i known they never contact you, never give the strong arm, never went or set a court date I would have went with someone else wasted 5 months!!! Be careful and my name is Kayode baker

My experience with my attorney at John Foy- Amit Patel was horrible. They did not fight in my behalf. I should have handled my case on my own. The communication was poor. It took months to receive the settlement. Not to mention, they aren't truthful. He told me he would provide me with more funds later after I signed the settlement documents. Now, he is not answering my calls. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. I wish I read these reviews first!

WEAK, ***NOT***strong! I provided photos of the accident scene that assistant Dee W requested. I also had detailed supporting medical evidence that I thought was so great it would be like serving up my case on a silver platter ( diagnosis by 2 doctors at MAJOR Atlanta medical groups, doctor treatments to attempt to relieve pain, CAT scan with contrast from a major Atlanta hospital showing 3 points of injury, therapy treatments, documentation that I either needed surgery or it would take 2-3 years to MAYBE heal and during which time I would be in terrible pain. It was a total waste of my time and resources!! She would not reply to e-mails and was not reachable by phone! It's a FACT: a chain is only as strong as its weakest link - and based on my experience this firm is WEAK, ***NOT***strong! So wonder he has to run so many television ads.

The absolute worse decision ever made , a high school drop out would have worked harder from the beginning it became obvious after signing the papers and hearing nothing at all that they were just going to take half of what the insurance company already offered me , it should be a crime and to boot they illegally accepted the offer the insurance company gave me before hiring them all that happened was they got paid for doing nothing ! I tried communicating with their sorry asses , they knew nothing about my case they didnt even try ! It was obvious they never intended to even try to get me more money so whats their purpose then ?

Horrible experience. I had to harass them to get any documents or communication about my case. I ended up terminating the relationship because they could not get me any more money than I could have on my own. I really wish they would have been upfront about how they could not get any more money from the beginning like I requested. When I requested a copy of the demand latter, it was never sent to me. It took 6 months of nothing for me to finally get rid of these incompetent and lazy idiots.

Took two months to do settlement pkg with no additional information added since date of hire. Settled three weeks after and thirty days later Atty Alonzo Davis sent email stating he forgot to send over the release. Ask for funds to be expedited due to his neglience and still 30 days later no check. Call and complain but its useless they ignore you. They are very vindictive, unprofessional and you will never deal with John Foy, he is just the face of the company. Mainly dealt with rude legal asst, Linda Allen who askes the same questions every other day like she has alhemizers. Would not recommend. I suggest getting everything in writting before hire. And certify with return receipt all complaints. They will say its ok to call or email but that holds up the process to file a grievance with the bar assoc. Also file complaint with department of insurance if 30 days has exceeded and funds are not released from actual settlement date. Good luck to you..

The worst!! You never talk to the Lawyer only the assistance which always have attitudes. You have to call them for updates. They settled my case and still waiting for release of my checks. So sad you have to make an appointment just to come in and pick up your CHECK!!! I WILL NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. THE STRONG ARM REALLY!!!! IF YOU ASK ME WEAK ARM.

Wish I had read the reviews!!! Would have searched else where. Being forced to settle not with the ones at fault is as much a violation as being hit by them. Poor communication by atty on the case and an unwillingness to litigate leaves a very bad taste in ones mouth. Will never go back once this is done.

The firm turn over is huge. Lawyers and legal assistants are quitting. Then you have to start over with a new lawyer. They handle cases in other States, but are not licensed to practice in these States. They sit on your case for 18 months until you become desperate and then force you to settle by threatening to quit your case. They don't take cases to court. If they can't settle your case they walk away and leave you without an attorney.

The staff and the attorneys at this firm are excellent, they always return my phone calls and answer my questions. They even helped me get into a rental car and helped with my property damage. Some of my friends have used other firms and they never even got to speak to their attorney or didn't know who it was. I always got to speak to my attorney.

I had a great experience with John Foy and the rest of the attorneys and legal assistants. I am very pleased with the outcome of my case. I was always kept well informed and would definitely use this law firm again and recommend it to friends!

This is a very poor choice in lawyers. Please i beg of you find another. They are the worst at there job. If you want results Run!! This law office is garbage. They look for settlements and will not take the fight to court. They are not trained to handle complex cases. only sure wins which is admitted by police report that you can get the money yourself. I beg of you look for another attorney.

If you want a law firm that does not care choose Foy. I have been through 5 different attorneys and now they will not even return my calls. I will be proceeding to file a legal malpractice suit for negligence.
