Billy represented the defendant in our case, we were ProSe (without attorney). We won the case hands down representing ourselves. He appealed the case, we won again, then he appealed the appeal using a lame excuse that the "language" was incorrect. He lost that too. Considering we won the case where the defendant had an attorney says a lot for his representation. He is not a good lawyer. Very cocky attitude.

Bill defended us for over 3 years in a very complicated and difficult case which was appealed all the way to the state supreme court. We came out the victors, and we have his skill and determination to thank for it. I was particularly impressed by his knowledge, enthusiasm, and confidence. He was always willing to answer my many basic questions, and patient in repeating explanations of processes until I gained a clear understanding. I would highly recommend him to others.

Mr. Loose handled a case for me on a home sale contract. He made no effort to use all the info I collected for him, showing how false the other side's claims were, and that their damages were non-existent. He lost the case for me...cost me approx. $25,000. A very rude, offensive man...talked to me like I was an idiot, and took way longer than he should have. Didn't send me copies of anything. I had my broker come to one meeting with him, and she didn't stop ranting about what a nasty, incompetent man he was for the rest of the afternoon. Mr. Loose kept telling me that whatever I lost in the case, would be money made when I did sell the house. His reasoning is specious, to say the least.
