This is truly the worst attorney i have ever dealt with. Treated my case as it was a joke. Didn’t even show up to a court appearance and judge got angry with him not showing. This attorney will take your money and then he can’t be bothered by you. Big mistake on my part hiring him. I needed to hire another attorney to continue my case.

Dan clearly has a passion for what he does which shows in his results. He's helped me many times with his reasonable price, his attention to detail, knowledge of the law from both perspectives which I might add is key in his line of work, and most importantly with respectable outcomes that my family, myself, and my employer can live with. Thanks to Dan my future is still in my hands. I would tell anyone I know that if they ever needed legal aid, this is the guy that you want in your corner! Thank you Dan for all you've done!!

Dan was disorganized and uninformed. He told me he could help with my case. He just took my money, and I did all of the work. Didn't know times, who we were meeting with, the facts of the case, etc. He was always rushing and putting off meetings - never actually listening to the facts of the case. No follow-up at all.

He is disorganized, lost paperwork and checks, forgot I paid him, and never gave a receipt/invoice. It took him 8 months to put in paperwork for an uncontested divorce. Communication dwindled down to almost nothing. I would not hire him again for anything, especially if you want it done quickly. Be careful what you sign and keep track of everything.

If it wasnt for dan i too would be in jail dan has gone out of his way for me several times he didnt have to take my case knowing how bad it was but he did and he did nothing but fight for me every time... He is very knowledgable and has a mutual respect with everyone in the courts. He is known well by so far both judges and prosecuters and has been able to get me out of several situations. I would definitly reccomend him to others and plan on using him in the future to represent me if needed!!!

Mr Belano went out of his way to help myself and my family. He was very knowledgable of law and how to protect his clients and get the best outcome possible.

It was no surprise reading the other review on here. Do NOT hire Dan Belano as your attorney. He cares more about angering the Court than helping his client. Gives no updates on your case and does not like to be bothered with any questions by phone, text or e mail. A horrible person as well as horrible lawyer.
