Robb has done a great job for me and my clients providing great advice and great service. I only wish there were more attorneys like Robb Grangroth. He was able to educate me on the law as I was going thru a difficult time with another attorney who did not give proper advice and failed to even show up at the probate hearing to represent us. Robb gave us legal advice at the time in order to proceed and in the end everything worked out. We were able to settle my father's estate.

My father hired this law firm in 1999 for a land dispute. Supposedly Byron Powell had legally corrected this issue and gave my father the quit claim deed, copy of canceled check in which he paid the neighbor and signed agreement between the two. Now 12 years later title saying not his land. Office will not help resolve. Byron is now retired in Hawaii and no way for my father to contact him nor has he contacted my 73 year old father who is now facing medical problems and trying to sell his home which we may loose the current contract we have. Robb doesnt even want to help us correct the issue with the title company nor the neighbors lender for they were not notified of the transaction that Byron created. Wow, I am disappointed with the lack of compassion just to resolve this issue.
