I had a bad several months, which resulted in a bad decision and an arrest. Robert Miller was highly recommended by a close friend, and I am so glad I found him. He spoke to me on the phone and the same day in person and told me that he would take care of all the details of my license hearing, and the court process. He did his work getting breath machine information and gathering information on my behalf to minimize the impact of this decision for me. I felt he really worked hard, but even more than that, I felt like he truly cared, and felt he was always available to communicate my options, his recommendations, and I felt like I knew where I stood, which I know from my divorce is not always the case with lawyers. I would recommend Robert to anyone with a DUI matter. He is a great attorney.

I hired Attorney Miller as a consultant for a legal/business matter. He

So far my experience with him legally has been a positive one and to me came across as a genuine person who has no trouble sleeping at night. I was surprised to see the negative reviews, but again you have to take into consideration, it is not very often people volunteer to say good things about you as often as they like to say negative things. I Know this first hand as I work in a call center. When was the last time you escalated to give someone a compliment?

Robert Miller is very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful in what was a stressful matter for me. He handled everything and kept me apprised of the status every step of the way. I was reluctant to write a review about my DUI, as I wanted to get past the events involved in my arrest and charges, but Robert Miller was the best. He was patient, and kind, and understanding, and helped me with my million questions and my fear. I really liked the fact that he took care of everything, kept me informed through the case, and ended up getting a great result for me. Going through a DUI is never a great experience, but finding Robert Miller was really a lifesaver. I would highly recommend this lawyer to anyone.

I called Robert up with a pretty simple case. He told me he would have everything settled in less than a month and I would have my license back. For the first 3 weeks of this case Robert kept telling me I had warrants so I missed work 3 different times to go into court and sort it out. When he finally gave me the case information I realized he had been looking up the wrong name. So for the first month he did nothing because his office couldn’t even spell my name write. Finally he went to court and “claimed” that he got the motion passed. Meanwhile when I call up the court and DMV they show no evidence that he actually got the motion to pass. I have called his office almost every day for the last 2 weeks and he has not spoken to me once or returned ANY of my phone calls. It has been 2 ½ months since I hired him and he has still not made any progress on my case. I am currently in the process of disputing my credit card bill so that he doesn’t get paid for not doing his job.

just got out of a DUI case recently using Miller an assoicates. and i will never use this attorney or his firm again or reccomend him to anyone. he told me charges would be dropped they were not, he told me i would not have to do time or pay for any fines or have to do any classes well guess what! I do both classes and fines he cut a deal that he did not talk to me about i wish i had gone with the first attonrey i talked to but Miller promised i was in good hands with him and his firm. this has ruined my life i wish you had a zero on here b/c one isn't even what he is worth!!

I think there should be a negative number section here: that would be more fitting for this lawyer. Negative 1000! For people looking for legal representation this is not the attorney you want to be giving your hard earned money to. He said he would take care of our matter in a way that would not cause any hardship on our family. That was not the case. His behavior was horrible, he had no patience for us and cost us a fortune. He was never available when we needed to speak with or see him. He didn't show up at 3 of our hearings. After all this time our family is still trying to repair the damage done by this man. This is a risk and a bad one. He will not help you. He's morally and ethically out to lunch and will cause such harm to you, you can not believe it!!

I was a client of Robert Miller recently. I had visited at least 7 other attorneys before hiring him, and I hired him based on his patience with me and his excellent communication with me without legalese. Luckily, my intuition was right. He carefully and aggressively investigated all the facts in my defense, and filed a motion to dismiss (based upon the statute of limitations), which the other attorneys I had consulted with said would never be granted. Even though the District Attorney opposed it, the judge granted it based on the lengthy time between my arrest and when the case finally went to court. If it wasn't for this attorney I don't know what would have happened in my case, but I am glad he was dedicated to my case. My only complaint is that I thought his fees were high compared to the other attorneys I consulted with, although I understand he is certified as a specialist. I guess you get what you pay for. I was happy with the result and very satisfied.

I found this site surfing the web. A year ago my son was represented by Robert Miller. He is truly the best lawyer in the world! My son was accused of first degree assault against an off-duty Orange County Sheriff's officer. This happened outside a club in Newport Beach, CA. The truth was that the police officer was drunk and started a fight with my son. Robert found more than 6 eyewitnesses and made them come to court. Robert also made the hospital doctor come to court and explain about the police officer's injuries. The truth was that the police officer was intoxicated as proven by the hospital records and his biggest injury was to his wrist which the doctor testified was the result of fighting. The jury took less than 30 minutes and my son was found not guilty of all charges. The good thing is that my son now has a security job at Orange County/John Wayne Airport! The bad thing is that the police officer still works for the OC Sheriff's. Robert did a wonderful job in my son's case.

We were just amazed at the lack of skill this lawyer possessed. His case was a slam dunk and he should got his client off but what transpired was his lack of committment, knowledge, and involvement in the case. He allowed an associate to handle the initial meeting of the prosecutor to gather information and she failed to show evidence that the client was not guilty. She failed because she wasn't made aware of innocense by Miller. Miller didn't depose his associate. The associate had nothing to fight with. Miller just wanted to drag out the case to get more money out of the client. He is pathetic hands down a very unethical lawyer. How do I know all this? It was my X husband who caused all the trouble, not the woman accused. Shame on you Miller. What are you going to do when the guy who made all the accusations spills his guts and confesses. I've heard his was going to.
