I found Jesse always argued the other sides case more than he argued mine. He was quickly willing to settle on whatever her attorney proposed. When writing up legal documents he always assumed the best case for the other side instead of making them work for what they wanted. It seemed I had 2 lawyers against me; hers and mine. I ended up with a settlement where I was expected to pay out $1,200 per month more than I bring home! Jesse still uses a pencil and paper and calculator. This cost extra time and money as he had to recalculate everthing at every meeting. He was also prone to errors while doing this. Plus, I lost custody of my child because he failed to challenge some of her statements or allow me the opportunity to respond openly on the witness stand. I'm looking at my appeal options.
