If you’re looking for a GAL who will look out for the best interests of your child and your family, it is my opinion that this person is definitely not Nancy Donlon. Keep looking. But, don’t take my word for it, do your research, use the power of the World Wide Web, READ her Avvo reviews, or perhaps listen to some world of mouth (the words of her former clients, for starters), ask around. It won’t take long to run into an unhappy ex-client, we are out there; MANY OF US. It is shocking that she hasn’t been reported to the IARDC; again, just my opinion, but I trully believe that it’s only a matter of time before her behavior catches up with her. As stated above, “What goes around comes around.” No one is free from karma. She was, for me: Unethical, overpriced, and overall, a true nightmare of an experience. I wouldn’t even begin to know where to start. Save your money and your time.
