Bob ever hart was mean and nasty to deal with.If he doesn’t like people who file bankruptcy he should change occupations. It took him 2 years to file my claim. All that time I had to deal with creditors. Please go elsewhere if you want to be treated decently.

It took them over a year to file my bankruptcy, then they filed the wrong type and we had to start over. They are the experts, and they should have known what to file ... consequently, I had to pay them TWICE!!! It's done now, but they failed to follow up on many issues and wanted even more money to do what they should have already done. They always include $500 in the costs to do follow up, but when the time comes for them to actually do any work, they never answer, or they want more $$$$. Avoid them at all cost. Do not trust them! Do not use this law firm to file a bankruptcy!!!! They wanted to charge me $680 to file something that I did myself for $5, and it was something they should have done as part of my original case. They wanted $50 for a copy of my files, and I got them directly from the court for $25 .... They are the worse firm to use .... DO NOT USE THEM!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service that Everhart Law has provided. I just found out how much they screwed me over. I paid the upfront legal fees to get my bankruptcy started right away in September of 2015 and they did not even file it until January of 2016. The discharge wasn't until April 2015. I cannot believe how long it took them to file my paper works with the court. I've called multiple times asking what the status was and they kept telling me it takes a long time to file. That was all bull. DO NOT GO TO BOB EVERHART. He is not professional at all and is too lazy to get what needs to be done. I wouldn't recommend him. The charge to file and hire him is NOT worth it.

This is the worst law firm ever! I am so frustrated with myself for listening to them. Awful, rude, inconsiderate, stupid, lazy, arrogant, egotistical, worthless...these are just a few words that pop into my head when thinking about Aaron or Bob.

This is the WORST law firm I have ever dealt with. My case has taken over a year to file and it is still not completed. Every time I call I am told something different. Aaron, the associate attorney, who I was dealing with is RUDE and inconsiderate. He was paid and has not helped me in any way. As a matter of fact, he has made things WORSE. It has taken so long to file my case that my financial situation has changed completely. He wants me to file bankruptcy but gave me a payment plan that would pay off my debt entirely. Why would I declare bankruptcy then? When I asked questions about this Aaron copped an attitude, and was curt with his answers, then accused me of lying. DO NOT use this firm, PLEASE! Go somewhere else, you will most likely have regrets if you deal with Everhart.

A simple bankruptcy took over 2 years to get completed. After making our payment, it took a year to get anyone to contact us and then they avoided us when we called back. They were on the phone, then in the bathroom, then leaving for court. It took them filing a complaint with the Lawyers Professional Board to get them to acknowlege us and the case. They then started to work, however, they screwed that up and didn't get the correct information and we had to go through another bankruptcy. Don't bother with these people, do your homework - this guy was chosen by another family member - and read reviews.

All of the comments and then some is what we experienced. We also were told to stop paying our mortgage and lost our home. The main reason I wanted to see this today was to see if I was the one who was wrong. Wow this mad my 5 years a bit less of an embarresment.

KNOWLEDGE,we were told to stop paying our mortgage so we did and were promptly served with a forclosure notice and a sheriff's sale date. Bob acted surprised when I told him. COMMUNICATION,we always got conflicting and confusing info from Bob & staff. When we asked questions clear up the confusion, we were met with impatience & condensation. The office manager Mari was actually verbally abusive when I told her that we had handed in the docs that she was demanding we get to her ASAP or our case would be thrown out. TENACITY, this firm is not on their game. They are disorganized, re-active and if they drop the ball they blame the client (ie. you didn't get your paperwork in, you signed in the wrong color ink etc.). WORK QUALITY, poor, disorganized, we always had to push them to get things done. VALUE, CRAP!We paid $3200 + to get treated like an annoyance, almost lost our home & had to hire another lawyer to take over our Chpt. 13

I paid off my bankruptcy almost 9 mo ago and still no court date. They told me I would be in court in 4 mo. Everytime I go in there, there are different employees. They contradict what other employees say. They say they can't find my file. They keep telling me I am in the final stages being prepared for a court date, and I've been hearing that for 4 mo now. The woman attorney I saw at first told me one thing and now Bob tells me totally different things and is very rude. I am supposed to be able to keep all my possessions without any additional cost but because of their slowness in filing, it might end up costing me because I won't qualify for the same exemptions. Once I was told if I wanted to expedite the case, I could pay an additional $500! I ready to call the Attorney General. Might need an additional attorney to sue this one!

I too paid my fees to him in full in May 2009. I too wait for my bankruptcy to be filed. How can he get away with this? I was told in February 2009 by an associate there that they took on too many cases and had to start turning people away. I think he's stringing people along, earning interest off of our money while he conveniently makes more money off of our misfortune. There ought to be a time limit law or refund our money so we can go elsewhere. My X-husband filed in July and had a court date in August and his is done. We need HELP! If he is too overwhelmed with all the cases he took on he should at least be honest with us and let us take our business elsewhere.

I paid my fee in Feb 2009. I was told it would take 3 - 5 months to file. I have sent all requested Info and paystubs. In July I recieved a letter saying it would be filed in 4 to 5 weeks. The time passed & no filing...computer issues I was told. Said it would be filed in 2 weeks...4 weeks passed and still nothing. Called and was told it would be filed in 10 days....time passed and guess what?? Still not filed. Called once again and told them I wanted my money back and my file or I was going to send a report to the Office of Professional Responsibility...lo and behold a call back 5 minutes later with a specific date of filing....I am not holding my breath. I have another attorney meeting setup and will change if the filing does not occur on given date. I will also then file complaints with Office of Professional Responsibility and the Attorney General. I should have went with this other attorney in the first place...my big mistake

Just like the others, I paid my fee almost a year ago and am still waiting for action to be taken on my case. I plan to file a complaint with the Office of Lawyer's Professional Responsibility and suggest every one else does the same!

Everhart is just plain sleazy. He took my fees and then did nothing for about 16 months. My calls were not returned, the staff would lie about case status, and in general he gave bad advice on how my case should proceed. It was such a terrible ordeal that I finally had to hire a new lawyer since he messed things up so badly for me. Definitely not an attorney working in the client's best interest - he works towards whatever makes him the most money. I think a bunch of us should contact the legal board of professional responsibility and report the negligence and incompetence with which he has dealt with our cases.

this is my Attorney and i think that he is much better than all of the others,they care,they help.how is possible that from many they filled a case with them only 4 people are here to make other people belive that he is bad??why d;ont you go visis others and see how bad they can be,i been there,to fille takes time,account has to be payd in full,before they can fille,please you cannot give a bad rewiev to a attorney just because!!at least contact Attorney General office,do not make people believe that somebody id bad just because>>>

my husband and I talked to an attorney from this firm paid the fee in may 2008 have not done a thing for about our case they also fired the orginal attorney we spoke with never told us had to find out for ourselves. Am very disapointed want to know if this is some kind of scam

Working with this law office has been a nightmare. Months of no action. I notified the office of an impending garnishment and they said my case would be filed soon. They always say the case will be filed soon. Six weeks later I have lost $1,300 to garnishments. Im afraid I will lose the house now as I cant make the mortgage payments with my reduced income. Im still trying to work with the office for now but may have to cut my losses and seek another attorney.

This law office has strung me along for 13 months. They do not return calls and they give you excuse after excuse about why your case is not filed. I asked for my money back and they told me that someone would call me. no call

My husband and I retained this attorney to represent us in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. We paid our account in full and 11 months later have nothing to show for it. Our calls are not returned, we are no closer to filing than we were 11 months ago. We are told our case will be filed in a few days but have been hearing that since June 2008.
