Used this atty after a former employer and a 2nd woman conspired to falsely accuse me of fraud/forgery. The motive behind these false charges were a Quitam suit which these 2 women and the fed gov't brought against a former emp of this woman (Aging Care Home Health). Because I knew many crimes that this woman had committed while I was in her employ and was willing to testify, she felt it necessary to discredit me by bringing these false allegations against me. She and the 2nd woman would get 25-30% of $5 million. I trusted and paid this atty to defend me against these false charges. Instead, I learned that he was working with the ADA to keep me tied up in court 18 mon(May2008-Nov2009)until the Quitam suit settled and the money paid out. I was never allowed to face my accusers in court and none of the evidence proving my innocence ever introduced by my atty. Judg offered to quash, my atty said he was not ready to do at that time. Quitam money paid, my case suddenly dropped by ADA.
