Hired for representation in one of the easiest cases on earth. Robert Allen missed SIX deadlines before trial. Most judges would throw a case out after this many failures. He refused to subpoena even one piece of admissible evidence despite 7 written attempts asking him to subpoena case winning evidence. He misspoke multiple times in trial, at times failing to do 3rd grade subtraction and misspeaking regarding the place , time and mileage of particular pieces of evidence as well as me, the client's career, despite working with me for 4 years and being "a friend". He ensured me he would charge only 3500 (in writing, yes) and then had me sign a contract that allowed him to falsify another 9K in charges once he knew I was going to sue for malpractice. This firm is LAZY, NEGLIGENT and a waste of your time and money. I walked out of court in a worse financial and personal situation than I ever was to begin due to my attorney's ignorance. DO NOT USE.
