Brutal..divorce case 100% one way in last 2 trials.. Amy Kaye, ESQ. paid off Judge Eric Brewton of Cobb county,GA She preferred that the Judge never read anything from the Plaintiffs Attorney..He Judge Brewton, never received my plea...He awarded my xhusband 100% in the last 2 trials and me 0. I worked for 23 years and the Defendant took a 2nd mortgage of $94,000. and added $100,000. to the first mort. then he left I finially found out where the first was and paid it in July and Aug. of 2013 alsoo paid Regions Line of Credit for July and Aug. I always owned the house. my name has been removed from .the 1st and I am still on the title..Ms. Kaye told the Judge that the house now is the Defendant's house..he has not been here in 13 years and I have always lived in my home since 1986. I don't understand how she can change my name back to my maden name with out me agreeing or signing anything, I need to get some divorce papers to prove the divorce, etc. Please help me....I have 0
