Jamie Black forgot my appointment on Monday however agreed to meet with me at that time. She requested $1200.00 retainer fee. I had $700.00, no she would need it all. She charged me $175.00 and I told her I would have the balance that week. I called Wednesday, talked with her husband, he would have Jamie call me. Thursday left a message on answering machine, ,later spoke to her husband, he was leaving and wouldnt be back until Monday, again assured me Jamie would call me. Friday, I called and talked to Jamie. She couldnt take my case because she had taken 2 cases and health issues. She wouldnt refund my money nor recommend an attorney. She had not been truthful with me nor return any of my calls. I had the money to pay her on Wednesday and even her husband couldnt take the money because he was leaving the office both times I spoke to him.
