My parents paid Mr Tacaks $10,000 to get VA benefits for my 95 year old dad. Tacaks now claims that he did not assure this and that would have been unethical. YES, exactly! That's why I'm making this complaint. My family is very frugal and never would have agreed to this large sum of money without a certainty that it would be reimbursed. Who would? He needs to apologize and give the money back. I won't move on until he does. My family went through extreme suffering due to this man.
