DONT HIRE THIS GUY UNLESS YOU NEED A CORRUPT LAWYER. He was a public defender for Scottsdale Arizona. The guy was defending a patron who was attacked by bar staff and its on video. The video was requested at the first appearance and it would prove self defense for the guy. Eugene didnt submit a request for that video until 18 days before the trial. He made unesthical statements to the defendant in front of a witness about what he deserves in this case. he told him "You cant win these cases because it is there word against yours and they have witness and evidence".
