poor communication w/ client, not knowing clients name, forgetting that a client had a court date - client showed up as scheduled by court but attorney hadn't done paperwork requiring another court date and wasting clients time all while charging twice the amount. She was recommended to client but we will certainly never recommend her...quite the opposite.
