She should change her name to cunning rather than Cunningham, as she uses deceit and evasion to achieve her goals. Pay attention to the other reviews - I couldn't help but laugh when she filed a Show Cause Motion a month before the next court date, claiming orders weren't being followed, and requested $1000 in attorney fees.. For what? The unnecessary filing when there was another month for the order to be completed? My ex could not have hired a worse attorney - that's right, I didn't even use her but feel the world needs to know of her scheming money making ways. We've had at least 4 attorneys throughout the past 5 years of my child's life - I'm glad this wasn't the first one, as she gives attorneys a bad name. I've never seen an attorney in family court that could care less about the child involved and more about lining her own pockets! I only rated Communication as good because she LOVES to send unnecessary correspondence.

Case management is terrible,, runs up unnecessary costs. Poor value, to large of a retainer fee

This attorney is an expert at running your bill up by having unnessecary communications such as email and faxes between your spouses Attorney. She also promotes conflict between the parties to keep you in court and mediation. She has many years experience but is very inneffective at winning in court.

Laurie Cunningham is unprofessional at best, does not have the clients best interest at all! Charges you EVERY penny for nothing! Would never recommend her to anyone!!!!
