This unprofessional attorney told me he would take my case and then later down the road I am told that another attorney was working on my case. Horrible communication! I would email him plenty of times to no response ever back. Weeks would go by and I was never updated on my case. Then one day I reach out to his assistance where she tells me that the attorney working on my case is no longer there and for me to find a new attorney. Entire staff is a total joke. I do not recommend this unprofessional establishment at all. A total waste of time!

We would have lost our house if I hadn't called our mortgage company and found out we had a sale date because our lawyer had never responded for requests for documents. All the while he and his staff were telling us we were just waiting on the mortgage company. A year and a half later we took over ourselves and received an answer within a few days from completely starting over and sending a new package in. I think the mode of operation for this law firm is to drag out the process until they get paid. And what you are paying for is a lawyer that doesn't pay attention to the details of your home. You are better off dealing directly with your lender so that you know it gets done.

They are an excellent team. They really care for their clients. I highly recommend this law firm to others.

Once it got hard he basically quit and walked away. He promised the world in the beginning and then just sat on it. I got a few copies of some of my documents and I saw that emails from the bank went unanswered by him for months. He kept putting if off on his "other associates" and they kept rotating out the door. In the end I found out after my research documents were never turned in on time and emails were left unanswered. I lost my home, credit rating, and any faith in this practice. I'm kinda happy to see that I am not the only one that has experience the lies and negligence from this man. Please do not use him. he is great in the beginning but once it gets hard or a road block happens he quit.

Poor service, he could have fought for us more, later in the case he kept telling us to "walk away from our home", "it's just a house", "start looking at rentals". The perceived notion was to submit to Bank of America and their unethical practices. Our case had changed hands with so many lawyers and had drawn out for over three years. Should have seen the signs with the high turn over at his practice. In the end we were out over $4500.00, current credit rating shot, owing arrears in excess of $100,000.00, a mortgage interest rate that never changed from 7.125%, and not to mention a mortgage payment that had an increase of %1000.00. He never returned phone calls in the end, apparently unable to face me after he had taken me for a ride. Unethical, immoral, untrustworthy. I hope you can sleep at night with one more notch in your belt.
